We take care to keep runoff and cleaning products out of the pool wherever possible, using controlled techniques and covering or blocking drains and edges as needed. We’ll talk you through our approach before we start.
Yes. Much of the slipperiness comes from mould, algae and built-up grime, which cleaning removes. A cleaned surface is noticeably safer underfoot. If a surface remains slippery because of wear or polish, we’ll let you know and can discuss options.
Yes, when it’s done correctly. We adjust pressure and technique to suit your surface, using soft washing for more delicate or porous materials, so nothing is etched, chipped or damaged.
Cleaning removes most dirt, algae, sunscreen residue and general build-up. Some deep or long-standing stains may lighten rather than disappear completely. We’ll give you an honest expectation before we start.
Sealing is optional but worthwhile. A quality sealer helps resist stains, slows mould and algae regrowth and makes future cleaning easier. We offer sealing as a follow-on service and can quote it with your clean.
For most Sunshine Coast properties, once a year is a good guide. Shaded areas, or those near trees and garden beds, may benefit from more frequent cleaning.
Not necessarily, as long as we have access to the area and a water supply. Please move outdoor furniture, pool toys and pot plants beforehand where possible.
Most surfaces are dry enough to walk on within an hour or two, depending on weather and shade. We’ll let you know if any extra time is needed, particularly if sealing is part of the job.
